MBR partners are hiring an SDR for a service provider to the Telco OSS/BSS space that provides comprehensive billing, charging, and CRM software solutions, predominantly for the telecommunications sector but also for other industry sectors, including finance and utilities. Our client's reputation is that it is a leading supplier of carrier-grade, enterprise billing and CRM software, supporting communications service providers across the Globe.


About the Role:

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for generating leads and qualifying prospects for the sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a performance-based sales environment. They will be highly motivated, have a strong work ethic, and be able to work independently.


Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through outbound prospecting, email marketing, and social media
  • Qualify prospects by understanding their business challenges and needs
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
  • Close deals and move prospects through the sales pipeline


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field or 3 years work experience in an outbound/sales development role and or industry experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales or a related field
  • Strong sales skills, including cold calling, prospecting, and closing deals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
