Job description

Purpose of the Job

The Process Coordinator is a critical thinker and will be creating workflow processes for our Noosh platform. This person will be able to remediate errors and escalate to level 2 support. They will have clear communication skills and be a liaison between HHG staff, suppliers and Noosh staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot Noosh user issues by understanding root causes and engaging appropriate groups – vendor governance, finance, Noosh.
  • Update configuration settings.
  • Work with Noosh support desk to resolve system issues.
  • Conduct New Hire training and supplier onboarding training.
  • Add content for clients, suppliers, contacts, and spec templates.
  • Maintain existing reports and assist with developing new reports.
  • Develop and update SOPs, processes for suppliers, production managers, and Sales teams.
  • Work directly with stakeholders to streamline processes, resolve support issues, and escalate to level 2 when needed.
  • Upload non-compliant supplier invoices in a timely manner.

Knowledge, Skills + Experience

  • 1+ years of relevant or coordinator-level experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office software, specifically Excel.
  • Demonstrated aptitude in learning new technology for application in a professional environment.
  • Experience executing projects within tight deadlines.
  • Resilient with the ability to thrive in a shifting environment.
