We are seeking an IT Help Desk Analyst to provide first and second-level support to healthcare employees and patients. This role requires strong customer service, technical expertise, and a desire to help others. The position includes one weekend shift per week. This position is full time / long term / W2.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Support: Handle incoming calls, provide first-level support, and document troubleshooting steps.
  • Issue Resolution: Address clinical and technical inquiries via phone, email, and other channels. Escalate issues as needed.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to the Clinical Knowledge Base to enhance user support.
  • Problem-Solving: Provide accurate solutions to ensure user productivity.
  • Learning: Stay updated on clinical and technical product offerings and support policies.
  • Project Participation: Engage in projects to improve the resolution center’s efficiency and assist with clinical product-related issues.
  • Clinical Workflow Support: Support clinicians with EMR systems like Epic, Cerner, and Allscripts, from patient admission to discharge.


Qualifications:

  • Basic technical troubleshooting skills and knowledge of Citrix, VPN, and ITSM tools.
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
  • High technical aptitude and PC literacy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Minimum 18 months of experience in a Service Desk Analyst role.


Schedule: Availability for one weekend shift per week is required. Full-time, Part-ime & Split shift schedules are available


Shifts: Day, Afternoon & Night
