We are looking for a results-oriented, performance-driven creative marketing leader to drive Global Field, and Channel Marketing. This role will lead a team of field and channel marketers and partner closely with all marketing functions, regional teams, field sales and channel leaders to drive pipeline growth. We’re looking for someone with significant experience leading global teams, a proven track record in supporting fast growth companies and robust experience with events, partner relationships and joint go-to-markets efforts. Experience in the cybersecurity industry would be a critical bonus to this role. 


Responsibilities

  • Own field and channel marketing execution to drive pipeline growth numbers and improve funnel conversion 
  • Lead the global field and partner marketing teams, programs, strategy, and execution 
  • Be strategic and creative. Engage partners in field activity wherever possible and relevant. 
  • Think BIG about how to maximize our spend, effort and visibility at every event we participate in – creativity and originality is necessary 
  • Collaborate with sales, sales development, and other leaders across relevant teams to ensure strong execution and results 
  • Establish top line KPIs and reporting cadences, and present to stakeholders at all levels as needed. 
  • Collaborate with marketing operations to inform and advise on lead management, marketing technologies, contact management, account insights, campaign insights, ROI and more. 
  • Coordinate internally and externally to ensure a cohesive and positive prospect/customer experience at all touch points. 
  • Manage field and partner marketing budget strategy, execution, and optimization efforts in collaboration with marketing operations and the other global demand generation functions. 
  • Work closely with internal and external content and creative development teams in support of corporate messaging.  
  • Build strategic investment plans to support needs across field/channel marketing regions (presence, business objectives, localization, etc)



Requirements

  • Extensive expertise in cross functional marketing program management experience 
  • Solid history of managing Field/Channel Marketing programs and teams 
  • Strong experience driving partner marketing – understanding the Channel and Alliance ecosystem 
  • SUPER creative and bold as well as having the ability to coach their team to be/do the same. We want 2025 to be our ‘wow’ year in all things we do externally. This role will be a major driver for that. 
  • Strong experience in integrated marketing for B2B technology and executive engagement 
  • Strong communication and cross-functional virtual team leadership skills 
  • Ability to build, manage and motivate high performing teams with empathy and humor 
  • High energy self-starter with a can-do attitude, ability to learn quickly and adapt easily through change 
  • Must be data-driven and have strong experience testing, reporting, analyzing, and optimizing 
  • Must be a strategic thinker who is a proactive and organized planner/doer.
