Job Description

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • CNC programming (Fanuc language)
  • CNC programming (Mazatrol language)
  • CNC programming (Experienced Control)
  • Use of conventional equipment (lathe / milling / grinding machine).
  • Measuring (use of Gages) and interpretation of GD&T drawings
  • Promote company values within daily activities
  • Follow all company safety protocols
  • Attend and actively collaborate in training classes and safety sessions
  • Promote a safety structure by encouraging the reporting and elimination of safety hazards
  • Actively participate in the safety and efficiency committees for speed reports, “I am the owner” and in specific health and hygiene protocols
  • Ensure that the product aligns with the standards and requirements of the client
  • Collaborate in the improvement project in the organization

Apply statistical analysis, business intelligence, and econometrics to develop demand plans for forecast and production use.

  • Stay in contact with the operation throughout the evaluation process.
  • Be prepared to provide any additional information or documentation they request promptly.

You integrate quantitative and qualitative information to draw accurate conclusions; you ask the right questions to accurately analyze situations. You use breakthroughs to diligently supervising and own the progress of the work. You facilitate an open dialogue with a wide variety of contributors and team members. You are an active learner who uses both success and failure as learning opportunities.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Cleaning work area
  • Support in internal and external audits
  • Support to ensure 100% compliance with efficiency, meeting design specifications and timely delivery in accordance with production programs.

  • Knowledge of Quality Management System
  • Tolerances and geometric dimensions
  • Strong basic mathematics
  • Customer requirements
  • Participates in the methodology and Application of Corrective, Preventive and Predictive Maintenance.
  • consciousness of GD&T Plans.
  • Use of inspection, measurement and testing equipment (GAGE).
  • Management of Office software packages
  • Promote development of procedures
  • Trust of work instructions
  • Detect possible component failures by carrying out visual inspections, functional tests, dimensional inspections, gauge tests, counting of units received, packaging review.
