Our client is a FinTech and PropTech company specialising in digital lending. They are a digital lending business inspired by the challenges overseas buyers face when accessing traditional mortgages. Their goal is to become the leading digital lender in Asia and UAE within the next five years, focusing on asset-backed loans for property financing and equity release. Unlike traditional banks, they prioritise asset value over credit history.

Our client tailors their financing solutions to each borrower’s unique circumstances, focusing on assets rather than credit scores. Their agile approach serves individuals with tight timelines, those who cannot meet traditional requirements, or those seeking shorter loan terms of as little as three months.

The Role

Our client is currently seeking a Social Media Manager to help them develop their marketing strategy. This role includes overseeing social media channels, managing design, email marketing, and other initiatives to drive their growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with our client's business objectives.
  • Manage social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) and create engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Oversee design initiatives, including crafting visuals and captions for social media, ensuring consistency with our client's brand identity.
  • Execute SEO/SEM strategies to improve online visibility and drive qualified traffic to the website.
  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including automation workflows, to nurture and convert leads.
  • Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics, social media insights, and email marketing platforms to track performance and optimize campaigns.
  • Identify partnership opportunities to increase brand visibility and drive strategic collaborations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and potential marketing opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with the leadership team to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects, managing resources effectively.


Qualifications

  • 4-8 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in FinTech, PropTech, or similar industries.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Information Technology, or Graphic Design.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing and SEO/SEM strategies.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Ability to create and manage engaging content across platforms.
  • Design skills for social media management, including crafting captions and content.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).
  • Familiarity with email marketing and automation.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and capitalising on marketing opportunities.
  • Ability to create and manage partnerships to enhance brand visibility and reach.
