Software Engineer / C# ASP.NET Developer

Remote based or Hybrid from any of Succession Wealth's UK offices

6 month contract initially with potential for extension

Day rate of £450 - £500 (DOE)

Succession Wealth is one of the UK's leading Financial Advisory firms with a network of Wealth Planners across the UK providing high quality financial advice to a wide range of clients.

Due to a business-wide project to improve how our various systems integrate with each other, we have a requirement for a Software Engineer with experience in CRM API Integration. Working closely with the IT Systems team and key business stakeholders, you will be instrumental in creating and maintaining connections between software systems using APIs and webhooks.

The scope of work will include:

API and Webhook Integration
Utilise APIs and webhooks for connecting various software systems.
Implement secure and efficient methods for data exchange between applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to API and webhook performance.
Data Migration and Exchange
Plan and execute data migration strategies, ensuring seamless data exchange between platforms.
Maintain data integrity and quality during migration and exchange processes.
Coordinate with different departments to understand and fulfil data exchange needs.
Documentation, Compliance, and Security
Document API, webhook code and data migration processes comprehensively.
Ensure all integrations comply with data protection regulations and security policies.
Regularly review and update security protocols for data exchange and storage.
Collaboration and Technical Support
Work with cross-functional teams to understand integration requirements.
Provide ongoing support and training on new systems and processes.

Experience and skills required:

Proven experience in API and webhook development, data migration and system integration.
Experience with database management and data exchange tools and practices
Strong knowledge of .net, C#, Python and Azure
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, including server log analysis and debugging
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration and support
