  • Responding to internal and external contract queries in a timely manner via telephone, email and MS Teams meetings.
  • Collating and presenting information on SLA performance, KPIs and customer MI.
  • Generating in-depth annual summaries for key customers.
  • Supporting the Sales and Customer Success teams in customer performance/contract review meetings.
  • Ensuring all new and existing Checkit contracts (and all amendments) can be swiftly identified.
  • Supporting the development and integration of new system efficiencies.
  • Administrating Salesforce and SharePoint data ensuring easy accessibility of information.
  • Supporting other ongoing Commercial Operations initiatives and projects.
  • Managing public sector framework obligations.
  • Ensuring that the business's commercial terms are adhered to as regards contract formation, contract upgrades, billing, termination, etc.

What We're Looking For

  • A Degree in a relevant field would be preferred, preferred but is not essential.
  • CIPS or IACCM/WCC certification (or working towards) would be highly advantageous.
  • Experience of managing contracts, sales quotations or renewals administration is essential.
  • Experience of working with CRM systems (particularly Salesforce) is desirable.
  • A background working in a similar role for a fast growing tech firm would also be useful.
  • Knowledge of the complete contract lifecycle is essential.
  • Strong commercial and contract understanding is essential.
  • Strong written and verbal communicator and able to deal with customers effectively.
  • Numerate with the ability to manipulate and analyse data.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, precision and the drive to get deep into the detail to ensure non-conformities are highlighted and addressed.
