Now we are looking for a Web Design Team lead to play a pivotal role in leading and managing a team of web designers while serving as the critical bridge between the marketing and design teams. Your primary focus will be to foster a collaborative and creative environment, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality web designs that align with our company's goals and user needs.

Key to this role is your expertise in utilizing metrics and analytics to inform design strategies and decisions. Your exceptional management skills, creative vision, and ability to inspire and motivate a team will be instrumental in driving the success of our web design projects.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Leadership: Provide strong leadership and mentorship to a team of web designers. Encourage creativity, professional growth, and skill development within the team.
• Design Strategy: Develop and communicate a compelling design strategy that aligns with the overall product vision and business objectives. Stay abreast of design trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in web design.
• Data-Driven Design: Utilize Google Analytics and other analytical tools to build hypotheses based on analytics results. Turn these insights into actionable ideas for website enhancement and conversion optimization. Leverage knowledge of marketing mechanics to influence design decisions.
• Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product marketing managers, brand team, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, user needs, and technical constraints. Foster effective communication and collaboration to integrate design solutions seamlessly into the development process.
• Design Standards and Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce design standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes within the team. Conduct regular design reviews to ensure consistency, usability, and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Communication: Clearly articulate design concepts, ideas, and rationale to stakeholders and team members. Facilitate productive discussions and encourage diverse perspectives to drive consensus and alignment.

About You:

• Bachelor’s degree in web design, graphic design, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Proven experience in web design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating creative and user-focused designs.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent project management abilities, including prioritization, timeline management, and delivering high-quality work while making sure the deadlines are met.
• Experience in design thinking and an understanding of user experience principles.
