Job description

Sumsub has over 2,500 clients across the fintech, crypto, transportation, trading and gaming industries including Bitpanda, Wirex, Avis, Bybit, Huobi, Kaizen Gaming, and TransferGo.


What You Will Be Doing:

  • Research, pre-qualify, score and distribute all inbound leads; communicate with the leads when needed.
  • Assist sales team with pre-qualification, scoring and distribution of the leads from other sources like events, webinars, self-service registrations, etc.
  • Manage the company's CRM and other sales tools, including monitoring of the data and duplicates.
  • Receive and process new inquiries from the leads, pass new inquiries to the responsible sales people and review the execution.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team, provide timely support for team members and assist with following up the leads.
  • Perform other duties for the increase of the conversion rate from a received inquiry to a successfully presented demo.


About You:

  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English. This is essential because you will only communicate with your colleagues and inbound leads in English.
  • Experience in a SaaS Sales or Sales Operations team would be a plus.
  • Experience in Crypto, Fintech or RegTech companies would be an advantage.
  • Familiar with CRM systems (e.g. Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Hands on experience with with G-sheets / Excel; G-slides / PowerPoint.
