For our Client, which has a European service center in Krakow (Poland), we are looking for people speaking Portuguese, Spanish and English. The company organizes all on-boarding and necessary training, you are fully prepared for your duties.

The company provides specialized financial, purchasing, IT and human resources (HR) support to subsidiaries in more than 60 countries in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Scope of cooperation:


Conducting part of the client’s recruitment and onboarding process based on client’s process, systems and tools.

  • System administration of ATS Recruitment system
  • Reviewing candidates’ resumes in recruitment systems
  • Making changes to the system and assigning the candidate to the appropriate stage,
  • Contacting candidates to make pre-screens and provide information to Recruiters, Hiring Managers
  • Scheduling interviews with candidates
  • Preparing offers and employment contracts
  • Collaborating with Recruitment Team in conducting recruitment processes


Skills and qualifications:


  • MS Office experience, Word, Excel, Teams
  • Proficient in Spanish (C1) and Portuguese (min. B2)
  • B2/C1 English is required;
  • Experience in talent acquisition administration, HR, personnel nice to have
  • Responsibility for your tasks
  • Communication is important skill
  • The ability to organize your work
