We are seeking for Hiring Delivery Partner for our client.


Working model: Remote

Agreement: Contract of employment


Job Description


As a Hiring Delivery Partner, you will have the opportunity to work closely with recruitment team as a strategic driver within the company. You will contribute to various HR areas, including Talent Attraction, Global Mobility, Onboarding, and more.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage non-competitive hires (administrative RRs) end-to-end.
  • Collaborate with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, HR, Global Mobility and related vendors
  • Offer comprehensive support for the regional high-volume Campus Hiring Process, including offering management and onboarding assistance
  • Managment of International Relocation processes
  • Prepare reports to provide an overview of ongoing activities
  • Managment of ticketing tool queues
  • Provide support during audits
  • Assist with documentation preparation for the onboarding process where applicable
  • Assist Early Career projects
  • Create regular and ad-hoc reporting (Hot Jobs, BG specific reports, RR specific reports)


Requirements:


  • Fluency in English (verbal and written)
  • Experience in HR Administrative role or related field
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to make decisions and act independently
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Adaptability to work effectively in complex and ambiguous situations
  • Flexibility to work in ambiguous environments while maintaining positivity
