What We Can Achieve Together

The Senior Operations and Support Analyst will bring their expertise to our Workday Implementation Project, offering guidance on roles and training team members to adeptly use the new ERP system. They will also manage, coordinate, and monitor the application support, operations, and enhancement processes for all applications within the Corporate Systems portfolio and their related interfaces.

They gather and document requirements, define scope and objectives, and perform technical and configuration activities. They ensure the reliability, availability, performance, and recoverability of systems. They will attend vendor meetings, stay informed of product roadmaps, trends, and new capabilities that could benefit or impact the organization, and recommend modifications to applications. They will write and maintain detailed system documentation, including user manuals and technical configuration manuals.

They will collaborate laterally with other IT staff to identify and leverage solutions across business units. They will also collaborate and add value for our business partners, especially in relation to the use and functionality of their applications. Occasional travel and weekend work may be required.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field and/or combined equivalent of education and experience.
  • 5 years of experience as a business or technical professional in Information Technology or a related field.
  • Experience in defining and documenting complex systems requirements.
  • Experience in communicating effectively with internal and external audiences.
  • At least 2 years of experience providing technical and admin support for the Workday ERP

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience as a business professional in Finance, HR, Procurement, or a closely related field.
  • Experience participating in implementing a new ERP within a medium or large organization.
  • Experience using or supporting Workday functional areas HR, Finance, Procurement and/or Adaptive.
  • Knowledge and experience of using SQL to provide information and create reporting solutions for business users.
  • Experience with the development and execution of test plans.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new applications quickly.
  • Experience planning and executing projects cross-functionally including systems evaluations and selections, acquisition integrations, new system or module implementations, and technology migration/re-platforming initiatives.
  • Experience with IT Business Analysis knowledge areas including business analysis planning and monitoring, elicitation and collaboration, requirements lifecycle management, requirements analysis, and solution evaluation.
  • Strong ability to analyze and model business processes and recommend solutions.
  • Ability to challenge ideas and concepts in a respectful manner, with the objective of arriving at the best decision for TNC.
  • Be a team player and manage change effectively.
  • Ability and desire to mentor and train others.
  • Possesses an understanding of how to utilize emotional intelligence to navigate complex organizational and interpersonal dynamics.
  • Multi-lingual skills and multi-cultural or cross-cultural experience appreciated.

SALARY INFORMATION

The starting pay range for a candidate selected for this position is generally within the range of $91,800 – $137,800 for annual base salary. This range only applies to candidates whose country of employment is the USA. Where a successful candidate’s actual pay will fall within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including, for example, the candidate's location, qualifications, specific skills, and experience. Please note countries outside the USA would have a different pay range in the local currency based on the local labor market, and not tied to USA pay or ranges. Your geographic location will be confirmed during the recruitment.
