Job Summary

21GRAMS is looking for an SVP, Creative Director, Copy. As a SVP, Creative. Director, Copy you will have to be a creative thinker, you consistently produce groundbreaking work that stands out both within and outside the agency. You excel in your craft, offering valuable feedback and oversight on art and copy, and effectively manage project tasks with your partner. Capable of leading pitches from strategy to client presentations with minimal supervision, you also spearhead agency initiatives and actively pursue leadership opportunities in the industry, such as thought leadership and jury participation.

Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for guiding the creative teams to ensure that the team environment, culture, capabilities, tools, processes, and expectations align with and support the agency's objectives
  • You effectively manage a team, pushing creatives to do their best work and to grow in their careers
  • You can delegate work to CD's and other creatives efficiently and successfully, knowing when to get involved and when to let go
  • You have strong relationships across departments and know how to navigate conflict with ease in order to get the best possible work done.
  • Your clients know you by name and respect your creative leadership.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred
  • 8+ years of healthcare/pharmaceutical copywriting required
  • You are actively looking for opportunities to grow your business organically.
  • You can oversee multiple groups of brands, overseen by CD teams, and provide an appropriate level of support for each brand based on the scope, creative potential, and business needs of each
  • You know how to guide a pitch team to a win

Pay Range- $200,000 - $230,000
