Job description

TEKsystems is actively hiring for telesales representatives. **REMOTE: CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS ONLY**

Start Date: September 23rd

Job Description

  • Make outbound calls to prospective and current customers - 100+ outbound calls per day, closing 8-10 deals
  • Educate customers on company's services
  • Build and maintain customer relationships
  • Negotiate pricing for customers
  • Ask questions to qualify additional leads for sales team
  • Work with internal teams to answer specific customer questions


Additional Skills & Qualifications

6+ months of call center experience or high inbound/outbound call environment

Work Environment

Business casual dress code. Will be working in a call center with 15 other leasing agents. This candidate will have access to their own small desk, phone, computer. The reps will be sitting in a brand new call center with cubicles and dual monitors.

Hours are 8:00am - 5:00pm. There is some flexibility because of customers on East and West Coasts.

Pay Rate Ranges

$20-$21 - >6 months of call center/outbound exp.

$21-$22 - 1-2 years of call center/outbound call exp.

$23 - $24 - 2+ years specific outbound/collections rep

$25/hr - bilingual (in any language), 3+ years of RECENT collections/telesales/cold call exp.
