The Role at a Glance

We are excited to bring on a Consultant, Productivity Optimization to support the Group Protection business.

Background Details

As a Consultant on the Workforce Management team, you will be responsible for identifying areas where Desktop Process Automation (DPA) can be utilized, documenting the process in detail, and utilizing the Verint software to build, test, deploy and monitor the solution. You will complete continuous improvement activities, such as creating, analyzing, and presenting DPA data, to ensure Lincoln is providing the highest level of customer satisfaction across our various business units. You will be expected to perform and deliver on routine assignments/projects while simultaneously leveraging and applying knowledge. If this sounds like you, please read on!

What You'll Be Doing

  • Applies foundational knowledge to provide recommendations for best methods for reporting and displaying data that enables the business areas to best manage their departments/teams.
  • Create presentation materials for project kick off, status and implementation meetings.
  • Identifies and communicates to management process improvements that reduce workloads or improve quality.
  • Maintains knowledge on current and emerging developments/trends, assesses the impact, and collaborates with management to incorporate new trends and developments in current and future solutions.
  • Takes initiative to drive request generation by educating business partners on Verint capabilities.
  • Creates and maintains strong relationships with key stakeholders and business leaders.
  • Tracks project progress and frequently shares updates with team and leadership.
  • Work in tandem with Speech Analytics counterpart.
  • Performs and delivers on routine assignments/projects while simultaneously leveraging and applying knowledge.
  • Promotes and enhances organizational initiatives by positively influencing and supporting change management and/or departmental/enterprise initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

Must-haves:

  • 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's) - Minimum Required
  • 3 - 5+ Years experience in forecasting and/or workforce management in call centers or other operational area with familiarity with applicable
  • industry metrics (Required)
  • Verint software experience
  • Strong Excel, building Macros preferred

Nice-to-haves:

  • Coding experience
  • Speech Analytics experience

The pay range for this position is $67,000 - $120,700 with anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law. Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln’s total rewards package for employees. In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual. Other rewards may include long-term incentives, sales incentives and Lincoln’s standard benefits package.
