The Role at a Glance

We are excited to bring on a Supervisor of EDI Production Support and Member Enrollment to join our Customer Data & File Solutions team in the Group Protection Operations organization!

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supervises team and processes for the EDI Production Support and Member Enrollments teams.
  • Responsible for ensuring workloads are appropriately balanced among team members and within established turnaround times.
  • Partners with leadership to ensure common goals are met and/or exceeded.
  • Builds organizational capacity by identifying and recommending process improvements that significantly reduce workloads or improve quality within EDI and Member Enrollment.
  • Serves as a resource to team members and internal/external stakeholders on more complex assignments/projects.
  • Maintains knowledge on current and emerging developments/trends, assesses the impact, and collaborates with EDI and Member Enrollment
  • Management to incorporate new trends and developments in current and future solutions.
  • Manages and enhances organizational initiatives by positively influencing and supporting change management and/or departmental/enterprise
  • initiatives.
  • Establishes and implements individual and team priorities, performance goals and objectives to ensure completion of responsibility.
  • Provides training and development opportunities, including stretch assignments, for team members and gives honest and open feedback to aid in the
  • development of talent.
  • Manages and evaluates individual/team performance and takes appropriate action to meet and/or exceed performance standards.
  • Serves as a resource to team members and internal/external stakeholders on more complex assignments/projects.
  • Ensures that processes are followed in accordance with internal controls and that data is appropriately managed per LFG corporate data privacy standards
  • Ensures that top talent is hired and retained.

What We’re Looking For

Must-haves:

  • 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's) (Minimum Required)
  • 3+ Years of experience in customer service environment directly aligned to the specific responsibilities of this role
  • 2+ Years of experience in EDI and/or Member Enrollment
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills

Nice-to-haves:

  • Prior supervisory experience and/or experience working in Ardis/Converge
  • Ability to balance technical aspect (system, customer, broker) and ability to lead a team.
  • Ability to prioritize and continuously improve processes, procedures, systems, and the team.

The pay range for this position is $53,500 - $92,500 with anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law. Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln’s total rewards package for employees. In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual. Other rewards may include long-term incentives, sales incentives and Lincoln’s standard benefits package.
