Job Description

December 2023 was announced that we started construction of one of the largest Biotech Large Scale production centers in Europe, located at Lendava, Slovenia. Operations will start in late 2026. Become part of this great story and team, excellent opportunity to contribute to the success of the project with your knowledge and experiences!

As a Global P&O Business partner you will be responsible for executing the people and organization agenda to anticipate and meet long-term business needs on talent, organization, and culture, while leveraging analytics and outside-in approaches to inform decision-making.

What you will bring to the role:

  • Works closely with the Business Heads and the Leadership Team members to develop and implement the business plan, connecting it with the development and implementation of the people and organization plan

  • Is a key member of the team and establishes strong relationships with the client group as well as the extended P&O community to understand their needs, requirements and challenges

  • Ensures the implementation of a cohesive, people and organization strategy, in line with the overall business strategy

  • Proactively applies organizational diagnostic expertise to analyze and identify potential design improvements, providing change management support to transformation and restructuring efforts (e.g. ChangeX methodology)

  • Drives high level staffing searches and placements

  • Coaches/ involves the business team in key P&O processes, e.g. Performance Management (Evolve), OTR, succession planning and talent management for the client groups

  • Drives cultural change and fosters diversity and inclusion within the client groups

    Manages internal communication, especially around P&O-sensitive

  • issues (Values & Behaviors, engagement, development activities, organizational development, change management etc.)

What you will bring to the role:

  • University degree in Human Resources, Business administration or other relevant field and/or Certified coaching.
  • 5 years of appropriate working experience.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to develop and implement global strategies.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage global teams.
  • Willingness to work in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
  • Strong ethical standards and integrity in all business dealings.
