Keysight is looking for an experienced, technical, solution-selling professional in the Electrical Vehicle (EV) market. To strengthen our EV Sales team, we are currently looking for a Sales Specialist to support the European Account Managers. You will work closely with local sales teams to identify, qualify and close sales opportunities.

In This Role, You Will

  • Be an expert in selling test solutions & services in the Electrical Vehicle (EV) Industry
  • Develop sales of the battery test, charging infrastructure test solutions in collaboration with the account managers.
  • Proactively acts to understand customer needs, qualify the opportunities, and define the solutions in collaboration with solution engineers and the account manager

Responsibilities

The main responsibilities for this role will be to:

  • Engage with customers early in their buying cycle and ensure that Keysight´s value proposition leads to successful deal closure
  • Position Keysight’s broad EV test portfolio as a competitive differentiator
  • Execute and guide the sales channel in the EV solutions sales engagement model
  • Engage with the broader Keysight team to guide the customer from solution concept to proposal and final investment decision
  • Anticipate customer needs, create, and lead sales plans over the short to medium term to develop sales funnel.
  • Generate new sales for EV solutions in assigned solution segment.
  • Maintain positive ongoing long-term relationships with key customers and sales partners.
  • Achieve the quota objective and manage funnel / forecast updates

Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters Degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering
  • Business education (MBA or equivalent is a strong plus)
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in selling Electrical Vehicle test solutions.
  • Requires ability to work independently and to drive deal execution of across the organization.
  • Excellent communication skills with customers

Languages : English proficient level required - second European language is desired
