Your Role

college degree or above, majored in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
  • More than 5 years experience in compressor equipments service or related equipments.
  • Good computer skills including Microsoft series.
  • team work and customer orientated concept.
  • Willing to travel.


To succeed, you will need

Implementation of service strategy to achieve customer satisfaction

  • Assist service manager to supervise the field service activities daily.
  • Assist service manager to liaise with sub-contractors and suppliers to negotiate if needed.
  • Handle the local content of service jobs. recover 70% of working hours.
  • Assist service manager to handle effectively each customer complaints, and assist the customer in resolving difficult problems.


Coach service engineers

  • To instruct and guide the engineers in the course of their work to ensure they abide by the correct working methods, procedures and technical specifications/instructions.
  • To join monthly meeting, assist service manager to coach FSE safety awareness.
  • Assist service manager to set up training schedules to develop engineers’ skills and capabilities in line with variant customer needs.


Co-ordination with sales teams and national technical team

  • To work closely with the aftermarket sales team to support the growth of aftermarket business through a team of professional and competent service-providers.
  • To work in consultation with sales colleagues in supporting customers' needs for equipment sales.
  • Liaise with the technical/training specialists (support) to get support, if necessary and taking corrective actions immediately as required.
  • Has the responsibility to assist service manager to have a good structure in the areas of quality, safety and environment issues.
