About the role:

  • Performing various operational tasks in a timely manner

  • Continuous analysis and initiation of system and process improvements/changes, received requirements, always prioritizing risks

  • Participation in operation process projects, contributing to the enhancement of operational efficiency, sharing knowledge and implementing best practices

  • Ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests while following relevant instructions and process maps

  • Provide on-the-job feedback to team members to facilitate professional development

  • Perform other tasks delegated by Manager/Team Leader

  • Ensure compliance with Intrum's written policies, guidelines, and all relevant data protection regulations

About you:

  • Proficiency in English

  • Good stakeholder management skills

  • Good practical knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint)

  • Result-driven personality and team player

  • Excellent problem solver and quick learner

Salary range:

1300 - 2100 Eur gross/month. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
