The Regional Director, Provider Solutions will be responsible for creating relationships with hospitals and healthcare systems and winning new business. He or she will focus on strategically selected key accounts that are not currently contracted with Aya Healthcare. The Regional Director, Provider Solutions will excel in helping healthcare organizations solve their clinical labor challenges by leveraging Aya Healthcare’s suite of highly differentiated services and software, significantly impacting both new clients and the healthcare staffing industry. This position will be remotely based.

Responsibilities:  

  • Proactively call into prospective clients to generate new business
  • Persistently use traditional and creative methods to reach new points of contact at current clients to sell and maintain Locum Tenens services
  • Continuously generate client leads using high volume calls and emails
  • Submit appropriate candidates for Locum Tenens assignments with our contracted client facilities
  • Cultivate and maintain valuable relationships with prospective clients
  • Ensure the satisfaction of our client facilities through proactively meeting their staffing needs with alacrity
  • Renegotiate contracts with healthcare facilities resulting in mutually beneficial terms
  • Strive for continuous improvement and career advancement

Required Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's Degree (direct industry experience can be substituted)
  • Direct relevant experience in Locum Tenens staffing, preferred
  • Proven success in a sales metrics driven environment
  • At least 7 years as a top producer in a sales position
  • Client centered mentality and passion for customer service
  • Ability to relate to a variety of people and sustain meaningful relationships
  • Strong motivation to achieve results and meet goals

Compensation: Aya reasonably anticipates the pay scale for this position to be $48.07 to $52.88 hourly, which equates to $100,000 to $110,000 annually, plus commissions. 

The pay scale for this position may vary if applicant possesses experience outside of what Aya reasonably anticipates for this position. Bonuses are subject to the role and your manager’s discretion.
