As a Client Development Coordinator, you will be a key player in driving our business growth, helping to shape the foundation that enables our design team to succeed. Youâll work closely with both internal teams and external clients, leading the charge in executing our business development strategy. From managing client inquiries to crafting tailored proposals, your role will ensure that the solutions we offer align with our clientsâ objectives and embody our company values.

- Client Interaction: Acting as the first point of contact for new business inquiries, guiding international clients from initial contact to project inception.
- RFI and RFP Management: Responding to requests for information (RFIs) and coordinating the preparation of responses to requests for proposals (RFPs) by working alongside our commercial and design teams.
- CRM: Overseeing client and supplier relations platforms, monitoring for potential RFPs.
- Research and Analysis: Conducting qualitative and quantitative research, including competitor analysis, market research, and trend studies to inform strategic decisions.
- Presentations & Reporting: Developing structured presentations and executive summaries for both clients and the management team, ensuring alignment on project goals.
- Networking: Expanding our professional network by attending industry conferences and business events.
