Role:  Legal Operations Lead 

Location:  London - travel to the London office required once a week.

Role mission:  

We are seeking a legally qualified Paralegal to assist with the implementation of a contracts management system and the setup of all company contracts. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in ensuring the legal integrity of our contracts and managing our contractual obligations efficiently. 

This role is pivotal in safeguarding our company’s legal interests and requires a proactive individual with a strong legal background in contracts. If you are adept at legal research, document preparation, and have a keen eye for detail, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:  

    • Implement and manage a comprehensive contracts management system.
    • Draft, review, and set up various company contracts.
    • Ensure compliance with legal standards and company policies.
    • Coordinate with different departments for contract-related matters.
    • Provide legal assistance and advice on contract-related issues.

What we’re looking for: 

    • Experience in contract law and management.
    • Experience of implementing legal tech
    • Strong organizational and communication skills.
    • Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently in a fast paced environment.
    • Legal qualification (e.g., law degree, paralegal certificate).
