Position Title: Sales Professional - Durable Assembly

Location: South China

Position Overview

According to the sales management system, Responsible for filter market (air filter and water filter) in south China and durable assembly market in Guangdong, Develop and manage customers in the region, and meet to the annual’s budget. The job is home based but need business travel frequently, require live in Guangzhou\Dongguan or pearl river Delta.

Primary Responsibilities

区域内销售管理 [80%] Regional sales management

1.依据年度销售计划和销售策略,根据实际客户与市场情况,设定区域内销售计划,并按照周报、月报回顾计划完成情况,及时调整行动计划,保障销售额计划的完成。According to the annual sales plan and sales strategy, according to the actual customer and market situation, set up the regional sales plan, review the completion of the plan according to weekly and monthly reports, timely adjust the action plan, and ensure the completion of the sales plan.

2.熟悉行业的发展方向,了解行业新技术的应用要点。Familiar with the development direction of the market, understand the application points of new technology in the market.

3.通过维护老客户、开发新客户,并不断开发新应用。Maintain old customers, develop new customers, and constantly develop new glue points to ensure the sales target is achieved and promote sales collection.

4.定期总结成功的用胶点案例。Summarize the successful cases of adhesive application.

市场推广[10%] market promotion

1.根据全球产品部及销售部的要求,收集客户、市场及竞争信息,并及时、准确的反馈。Collect customer, market and competitive information as required by global product department and sales department, and provide timely and accurate feedback.

2.配合全球产品部完成展会支持等工作。Cooperate with global Product department to complete exhibition support and other work.

经销商管理[10%] Dealer management

对区域经销商进行管理,包括合作开发客户、规范经销商行为、签订经销商协议与开发计划等。Manage regional distributors, including developing customers together, standardizing dealer behaviors, signing dealer agreements and development plans, etc.,

EHS和道德[10%] EHS and ethics

1.遵守履行部门EHS的职责,以及公司道德合规要求。Comply with EHS responsibilities and company ethical compliance requirements.

2.负责本岗位安全环保方面相关职。Responsible for safety and environmental protection related responsibilities of this position.

Minimum Requirements

1. 本科以上,专业不限, 化工、机械专业。Bachelor degree or above, no limitation on major, Chemical, mechanical major is preferred.
2. 五年以上工作经验,其中至少具有一年工业品领域的销售或者技术服务的工作经验。At least 5years working experience, including at least 1 year working experience in mechanical industry (including industrial equipment management, etc.), sales or technical service in industrial products field.
3. 具备一定的销售技巧,包括重点客户开发与管理、区域管理、经销商管理、时间管理等。Sales skills, including key account development and management, regional management, dealer management, time management, etc.
4. 具备一定的财务、商务谈判、商务礼仪知识。Certain knowledge of finance, business negotiation and business etiquette.
5. 居住地在广州、东莞,或者珠三角区域。 live in Guangzhou\Dongguan or pearl river Delta.
6. 具备良好的自我管理、沟通、协调、组织以及解决问题的能力。Good self-management, communication, coordination, organization and problem solving skills.
7. 可以相对频繁出差。Adapt to frequently business travel.
8. 一定的英语读写能力。Certain level of English skills
