Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize Jira and Confluence to manage project tasks, track progress, and document project details.
  
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including development and QA, ensuring that all team members can work efficiently without roadblocks.
  
• Proactively plan for unexpected absences or other risks that could impact project timelines.
  
• Collaborate with the client’s project owners to plan and execute sprint cycles, ensuring that development is aligned with business priorities.
  
• Monitor the work and progress of the development team to ensure on-time delivery of features and solutions.
  
• Act as a bridge between the client and the technical team, ensuring clear communication of business rules and domain-specific requirements.
  
• Continuously learn and adapt to the client’s business domain and rules to ensure project outcomes meet expectations.
  

Requirements

Technical Skills & Experience Required:

• Proficiency in ASP.NET Core, C#, or F#.
  
• Solid understanding of clean architecture principles and design patterns.
  
• Experience with database technologies such as DynamoDB and Redis (or other KV DB).
  
• Familiarity with containerization platforms like Docker.
  
• Strong knowledge of AWS services including API Gateway, VPC, Subnets, NAT, EC2, and IAM.
  
• Ability to mentor and lead development teams, especially mid-level and junior developers.
  
• ​Strong communication skills, particularly in working with external solution providers on behalf of clients.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with additional AWS services and cloud infrastructure.
  
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  
• Knowledge of other cloud platforms is a plus
