Your missions

We are looking for Malaysia Business Development Manager

About 12Go.Asia:
We are a leading multi-modal OTA (Online Travel Agency) in Asia. Our company is headquartered in Singapore with its main office located in Bangkok. We provide online booking services for all sorts of transportation (trains, buses, ferries, flights, transfers), visas, hotels, and day trips to customers from all over the world.

Responsibilities:
-Identifying, analyzing and developing business cases for new partnership opportunities;
-Securing internal stakeholder buy-in for each partnership, including C-level;
-Preparing, leading or supporting the negotiation process with target transport partners;
-Ensuring contracts for each partnership are fully executed and documented;
-Working across the business to test, implement and communicate each partnership;
-Setting up, monitoring and analyzing KPIs for each partnership;
-Organizing, conducting and following up regular performance reviews with each partner;
-Renegotiation of partnerships depending on performance and strategic fit.

Requirements

-Master’s degree in either Economics, Business Management or a similar qualification;
-5 years of experience in sales, preferably with OTA-related fields;
-Experience with Excel and PowerPoint;
-Experience in relevant online travel agency functions: distribution, commercial planning & analysis, controlling, customer experience and account management;
-Demonstrable understanding and familiarity with OTAs and API-based Order Management environments and how these interact;
-Relevant experience with ground transport operators would be a plus;
-High familiarity with decision and management support/analytics tools (commercial reporting & analysis, inventory & pricing management, reservations & ticketing);
-Fluency in English and Malay is a must, both written and verbal. Able to converse in another language is desirable.
