About the Role

We are seeking a Sr. Psych Operations Insights Manager to enable Rula’s expansion of the Psychiatric Services business, which is one of our company’s top priorities in delivering a complete mental healthcare solution for our customers. 

This person will use analytics to improve our operations. They will be responsible for:

  •  Delivering data assets that enable/drive operational processes

  •  Conducting analyses to diagnose core problems

  •  Delivering reporting that helps synthesize the performance of the business unit 

If you have experience with the following, this role may be a good fit for you:

  • Delivering sustainable & reliable data assets for operations (e.g., lead scoring models, variable compensation programs)

  • Working with cross-functional stakeholders (operations, clinical, growth)

  • Applying structured problem-solving to diagnose issues, suggesting solutions, and implementing pilots (e.g., understanding and improving customer retention) 

  • Designing, running and analyzing experiments for operational changes or processes (e.g., outbound calling)

  • Communicating succinctly (written and verbal) in plain English to non-technical audiences

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of analytics (operations, growth) experience

  • Demonstrated ability to work with non-technical cross-functional stakeholders

  • Experience delivering assets that are embedded into operational processes or workflows (e.g., scripts)

  • Expert in Python and/or SQL, as well as familiarity with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, etc.)

  • Prior experience in high-growth startup

  • Experience being embedded in functions (as opposed to centralized analytical teams)
