As ERP Support Specialist (Workday), you will take on a challenging and exciting role within the group and support both the management level and the individual group companies from Mimacom & Flowable.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Business support – Support the business teams solving issues they might have in the different areas of Workday, our ERP (Finance, HR, Recruitment, etc.)
  • Operational Support
    • Create and manage Workday reports and manage monthly reporting processes.
    • Help the internal employees use more easily the ERP by creating training material, enhancing Workday embedded guides and help texts, etc.
  • New Features – With the Workday Senior Application Owners develop Workday features by boosting current functionalities and introducing new ones.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field with finance knowhow.
  • +3 years professional experience in a role with analytical and logical mindset.
  • Excellent organization skills and ability to manage several tasks simultaneously.
  • Good written and verbal communicator, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels and across locations.
  • Experience with ERP software systems such as Workday, SAP, Salesforce, Hubspot, etc. is a plus.
  • Fluent English.
