ClickHouse is actively seeking a Cloud Marketplace Operations Sr Manager to manage, optimize, and scale operational processes for our partner ecosystem. In this critical role, you will become an integral part of our organization, collaborating with the Sales Operations, Go-to-Market, Product, Billing Engineering, and Finance teams to drive efficiency and streamline processes within the dynamic and rapidly growing cloud service providers and partners market. Their responsibilities encompass ensuring seamless interdepartmental collaboration, ensuring Partner programs are implemented, and ensuring revenue growth on Marketplaces.  

What you will do:

  • Develop new processes and improve existing ones within Lead to Cash Operations.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for the Marketplace process across multiple cloud platforms
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of deals, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Bring hands-on experience executing Marketplace Private Offers 
  • Oversees the day-to-day operations of partner programs and ensures key deadlines and goals are met for AWS, GCP, and Azure (e.g. co-sell opportunities)
  • Find opportunities for growth with CSP tool (e.g. pipeline scoring)
  • Identify bottlenecks for operational improvements in partner management
  • Track and report on partner performance metrics and marketplace revenue reporting using Salesforce and CSP reporting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure governance and streamline operations
  • Lead automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and provide transparent reporting in partnership with Sales Operations, Business Technology, Product & Engineering, and Finance teams
  • Develop and implement new processes to manage reseller and referral partners, own referral payment process and monitor partner contribution to revenue growth 

What you bring:

  • 2+ years of partner operations experience working directly with AWS, GCP, Azure, marketplace listing management, and CSP management experience for co-sell, bill management, pipeline scoring, private offers. Direct experience with at least 2 CSPs is required
  • 5+ years of experience working in technology companies, start-up experience preferred
  • Salesforce experience particularly with API connectors to the CSPs (e.g. AWS ACE)
  • Super user experience on Tackle or similar Marketplace Operations tooling
  • Great communicator with the ability to understand complex concepts and speak to them concisely and effectively
  • Knowledge and experience of partner tools (e.g. Salesforce, AWS ACE, AWS MP management portal, GCP Producer Portal, Azure Partner Central)
  • Experience in basic data analytics - SQL at middle level or higher, additional tools will be an advantage (e.g., Excel, Tableau)
  • Experience working as a consultant or start up environment where you’ve seen how many different organizations operate
  • Experience with Salesforce

This role offers cash compensation and a stock options grant. For roles based in the United States, you can find above our typical starting salary ranges for this role, depending on your specific location.
