Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement a strategy to assure customer intimacy with the territory reference sites in the assigned territory
  • Serve as an Accuray ambassador with the users, establishing and maintaining productive relationships with our different customer segments, including key clinical and physics influencers in strategic accounts
  • Serves as a customer advocate within Accuray and recommends and implements client feedback that influences and supports business decisions
  • Delivers Accuray solutions presentations (products, relevant clinical studies, and technical features) to the customers demonstrating superiority of Accuray technology, including software demonstration to support decision process, promote product awareness and position Accuray strongly in the competitive environment
  • Provides product support (e.g., consulting regional business team)
  • Dedicates at least 50% of time for point of sales support
  • Contribute to building the necessary selling tools, including peer-reviewed articles, symposium, brochures/selling sheets, slides, and demonstration database
  • Support local/regional user meetings, shows and team meetings. Conduct focus group meetings to vet ideas and prototype solutions before implementation
  • Conduct a competitive review twice a year visiting Accuray and non Accuray users in synchrony with ESTRO And ASTRO. Collaborate with all participants of these events
  • Position Accuray technologies for integration into long-term plans
  • Be the first point of contact to present clinical and technical information of NPI to Accuray teams, prospects, and existing customers
  • Contribute to achieve annual business objectives by priority field interventions
  • Contribute to update Accuray SFDC (Salesforce.com) for all customers contact met
  • Contribute to the Operations department escalation process

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 10+ years’ experience working in a clinical Radiation Oncology healthcare facility Medical Physics, dosimetry, radiation therapy background strongly preferred
  • Hands on experience with CyberKnife, TomoTherapy, and Accuray Precision TPS
  • Expert knowledge in both CyberKnife, TomoTherapy, and/or competing technologies
  • Degree in Radiological Sciences: Radiation oncologist, Medical Physicist, Dosimetrist, or Radiation Therapist
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel 40/50% of the time
