We are a leading company specializing in hardscaping, landscaping, and pool remodels, with a reputation for delivering exceptional service and quality results. With a dedicated team of sales professionals and project managers, we are poised for growth and seeking a motivated individual to join us as a Sales and Lead Management Specialist.


Responsibilities:

  • Handle all incoming leads via various platforms such as Yelp, Google, Facebook, Meta, incoming calls, emails from the website, etc.
  • Quickly grasp our industry's nuances, services, and customer needs to effectively qualify leads and ensure they are a good fit for our services.
  • Utilize and be highly proficient in Hubspot CRM
  • Create and manage campaigns including texts, SMS, and emails, for new and existing customers.
  • Track and monitor leads from all inbound sources, providing a monthly summary report on lead conversion rates and job acquisition.
  • Advise and guide the team on CRM best practices and strategies for maximizing lead conversion.
  • Distribute leads to sales personnel and follow up with customers via text, email, phone calls, etc., ensuring timely and thorough communication.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and managing job tracking to ensure seamless coordination between sales and project management teams.
  • Maintain a high level of organization in lead management processes and follow-ups to optimize sales opportunities.
  • Demonstrate a proactive and persistent approach in following up with old leads to maximize conversion rates, with potential for commission incentives based on successful lead conversions.

Requirements

  • Exceptional English language skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with customers and team members.
  • Extensive experience and proficiency in Salesforce or similar platforms.
  • Previous experience in sales or lead management roles, preferably in the construction, hardscaping, landscaping, or related industries.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple leads and tasks simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
  • Reliable cell phone and internet connection to handle inbound leads and communication effectively.

Benefits

  • Client Relationship: You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.
  • Payment: All payments for your services will be handled directly by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you.
  • Vacation Leaves and Holidays: While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client's business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.

Salary: $1000 - $1500 / month
Schedule: 8am - 5pm PST
