Location: Remote
Duration: 3-4 months with possible extension

Job Summary:
This person will be responsible for supporting the Asset Management Services Group.
Under general supervision, uses advanced knowledge and skills obtained through experience and/or training to assist money managers by executing trades based on product models and guidelines.
Established procedures and prescribed guidelines are provided to perform a variety of tasks requiring some evaluation, originality or ingenuity in making routine decisions.

Job Duties:
Overlays accounts to pre-defined trading models and executes trades based on product guidelines.
Analyzes data for outliers of current positions versus models.
Assists with the review of accounts to ensure they meet the portfolio manager's specifications.
Mocking up trades based on the models and accounts (building trades)

Qualifications:
At least 4 years of recent experience wtihin the financial services industry
General knowledge of the financial market
Trading experience is required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Must be very comfortable using Excel daily and Outlook
Team player
Quick learner
Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills

Education:
Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent
