Position Overview:
We’re on the hunt for a skilled Strategic Account Manager to drive our growth across the US. This role demands a strategic mindset and a passion for nurturing client relationships while navigating the dynamic landscape of localization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain robust relationships with key clients, serving as their primary contact and trusted advisor.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic account plans to address client needs and stimulate business expansion.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and capture new business opportunities across the US, utilizing market insights and industry trends.
  • Solution Design: Partner with internal teams to craft customized localization solutions that align with client goals and ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Performance Monitoring: Oversee account performance, manage KPIs, and deliver regular performance reports and insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations and manage contract renewals to secure favorable terms and long-term client satisfaction.
  • Problem Solving: Address and resolve client issues efficiently, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and retention.


Requirements
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Proven track record in account management or business development within the localization or language services sector.
  • Skills: Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Language Studies, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Travel: Occasional travel may be necessary for client meetings and industry events
