Your role in helping us shape the future

:The HDI Product & Data Analyst will lead testing and data analysis of the HDI portfolio and data preparation and testing of our annual rankings launches. The candidate must be capable of multitasking, managing their own time, and working on several product initiatives simultaneously

.This person will play a pivotal role including understanding and contributing to functional specifications, developing test plans, and leading the QA and testing of the HDI product. The Product Analyst will work closely with our Healthcare Product leadership, analysis team and HDI sales and account management teams to advance the HDI strategy, assess market and customer needs and identify growth opportunities. This person will also work closely with the product and development teams to help implement HDI product initiatives. HDI is a data-intensive product and this position will also be deeply involved in data analysis, data QA, and, as such, will require a deep understanding of the ratings and rankings methodologies, data inputs and files used to power the product insights

.The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and implementing test plans and knowledge of healthcare data and analytics. The ideal candidate is passionate about healthcare data and quality improvement, is detail-oriented, and enjoys interacting with clients and users. • s.Work closely with our Health Analysis team and partners to understand the specifics of the healthcare data and methodologies used in the ranking and rating
• s.Collaborate with our HDI Sales & Account Management, Health Analysis, and User Experience teams to make improvements to HDI and help resolve any product issue
• s.Meet directly with clients to incorporate their input and understand any potential issues with the product and data analysis
• ..Manage large scale, time sensitive projects, including two annual rankings launches, within a cross-functional team including tech, design, and Q
• A.Oversee existing products and define new features and products based upon consumer feedback including validating customer use cases for current and planned offering
