Job description

Your missions

In this role, you will be responsible for the following:

Provide architectural oversight for complex deployment including capacity planning, appliance placement, segmentation, and functional separation
Conceptualize and develop a platform architecture to meet the business needs
Work closely with the Ascension Security team and internal design meetings and calls.
Create and present solution architectures to internal groups
Assist in troubleshooting deployment problems when deep expertise is required
Effectively deliver presentations to internal customers and senior management.
Contribute to the development of best practices and training material
Design and implement network security solutions using ForeScout technology
Troubleshoot network security issues and provide timely resolutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure network security compliance
Stay current on emerging trends and technologies in network security

Qualifications

Forescout Certified Engineer (FSCE) Certification
8+ years of experience in technical roles such as professional services, 2nd level customer support, or technical sales engineering.
5+ years of experience in designing and deploying technical solutions in a large-scale complex environment
5+ years of experience in network security architecture
Hands-on experience with ForeScout products
Strong understanding of network protocols and security best practices
Experience with a NAC (Aruba Clearpass and Cisco Client) environment is strongly desired.
Experience installing, managing, and supporting production network and computer security systems comprised of multiple network hardware and software.
Strong understanding of Routing, Switching, 802.1X, 802.1Q VLAN, VPN, LAN, WAN, RADIUS and Network Security.
High level knowledge of Linux/UNIX operating systems.
Knowledge of security standards, procedures, and technologies
Demonstrated excellent oral and written communications, comfortable communicating with audiences of varying levels of management; ability establish rapport, and gain respect and collaboration.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Strong strategic and analytical thinking, root cause analysis, and creative problem-solving ability.
A self-motivated individual with a 'can do' attitude, seeing the big picture, creative and collaborative.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to efficiently collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Network administrator experience and network security experience is a plus.
Security and Network certification such as CISSP, SSCP, GIAC or CCIE is a plus.
Healthcare provider industry experience is preferred

BA or BS degree or 3+ years of experience with IT in a professional work environment in lieu of a Bachelor's degree
