We are looking for a Microsoft D365 CE senior developer with excellent technical knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, related Microsoft cloud solutions and related technologies (e.g., Office 365, Power BI, etc.). You will apply your knowledge and experience to each client through proactive and preventative work efforts, including solution design, technical implementation, and client support.

This role requires the ability to acknowledge opportunities and solve practical client business problems. You will strategically assist clients with assessments, solution design, and implementation of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365 solution. You will map the overall design in accordance with the client requirements and systems, ensuring solutions align with business goals and processes, and fit within the enterprise context.

  • Take overall accountability for the quality and reliability of Alithya’s integrated CRM technology track and all associated production processes;
  • Experience mapping requirements, from out of the box CRM functionality to identifying the specific needs for customization;
  • Lead development teams and provide guidance on best practices and standards related to integration, data conversion and through all phases of the product life cycle, including technical specifications, requirements analysis, software design and development, testing (unit, functional, systems), integration, deployment and maintenance;
  • Work effectively in a team environment, exchanging ideas, building consensus, and mentoring others where needed;
  • Establish and maintain good working relationships with the internal team and external partners and clients;
  • Create knowledge capital that can be leveraged to accelerate project delivery, improve product quality and secure new engagements.

Does this sound like you?

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a computer or technology-related field;
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience:
    • working with recent versions of D365 CRM and related technologies, including but not limited to C#, .NET, SQL, XML, ASP, JavaScript, AngularJS, SSIS, SSRS and Scribe;
    • in Dynamics CRM implementation, application deployment and/or distributed system implementation;
    • in the configuration of CRM, including but not limited to forms, workflows, plugins, business rules, record security and business process flows.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Agile fast-paced environment with competing priorities;
  • Experience with:
    • one or more of the following: SharePoint, Office 365, SQL Reporting Services, SQL Analysis Services;
    • data analysis, quality verification and cleansing.
  • Good understanding of:
    • integration strategies leveraging Azure components (Logic Apps, Web Apps, Azure Functions, etc.);
    • Power Platform, CDS, D365 Sales;
    • data migration strategies (SSIS, Azure DF);
    • mobility in CRM.
  • Cooperative spirit, collaborating with other Scrum team members to foster an innovative, problem-solving environment;
  • Creativity in designing an intuitive and clutter-free application;
  • Proven attention to detail and the ability to work independently;
  • Ability to communicate regularly and effectively with team members and supervisors;
  • Self-motivation;
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and writing skills.
Please note that due to the nature of the responsibilities of the position, a proficient level of English is required, in particular to communicate on a daily basis with clients outside of Quebec.
