In this role, you will provide domain, functional and technical expertise required to effectively design and implement supply chain solutions on Oracle Cloud ERP specifically within the demand planning and supply chain management domains. You will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and supporting Oracle Demand Planning Cloud solutions to optimize supply chain processes.

  • Provide functional expertise on projects and initiatives involving Oracle Demand Planning Cloud solutions and their integration with other internal and external boundary applications;
  • Identify gaps:
    • and present solution options to the business, leveraging Oracle Supply Chain products and best practices;
    • and advise clients on options, risks, and value propositions.
  • Ensure the alignment of delivered capabilities with original business objectives, application service levels, IT strategies and design intent;
  • Work with the client’s supply chain functions to capture and map business requirements to Oracle Cloud functionality;
  • Generate and ensure accuracy of the requirements document and Oracle Cloud ERP configuration;
  • Configure Oracle Cloud ERP as part of the implementation, ensuring that it meets the solution design and aligns with implementation best practices;
  • Manage the solution design, configuration and implementation, ensuring consistency with the design;
  • Organize and facilitate functional design sessions with business users from multiple geographical regions and functional areas;
  • Integrate requirements from multiple design sessions and teams into the Cloud ERP system design;
  • Develop use and test cases to test the implementation of Oracle Cloud ERP and participate in the execution of such test cases;
  • Support:
    • testing teams and end users during various test cycles by addressing and resolving test case failures or anomalies;
    • the IT solutions project execution methodology, report on project progress, and proactively identify and manage issues to closure.
  • Align departmental policies and procedures with Cloud ERP system processes, policies, and procedures in the solution implementation.

Does this sound like you?

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher;
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Oracle ERP implementations;
  • Multiple implementations of Oracle Cloud Demand Planning;
  • Advanced knowledge of Oracle Cloud Demand Planning solutions in a supply chain environment, system development methodology, project management and system architecture;
  • Good knowledge of data conversion and cloud migration applications;
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Experience in a flexible, innovative, and fast-paced work environment;
  • Good communication skills:
    • Written, spoken, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate and interact with senior and executive-level management, and influence outcomes.
Please note that due to the nature of the responsibilities of the position, an advanced level of English is required, in particular to communicate on a daily basis with employees and managers outside of Quebec.
