What You Will Do

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of Java applications focusing on high performance and scalability.
Build and manage Kafka producers and consumers, ensuring efficient data streaming and processing.
Create and manage Kafka topics, and integrate them with Java applications.
Develop and deploy microservices using SpringBoot.
Collaborate closely with an Agile team, including other Java developers, Business Analysts, Project Managers, and Scrum Masters.
Drive the technical direction and contribute to the transformation of our Core Merchandising Application.

Requirements

8+ years of experience as a Java Developer.
5+ years of hands-on experience with Kafka, strongly focusing on building producers and consumers.
Extensive experience with Spring Boot for developing microservices.
In-depth expertise in Kafka topic creation and integration.
Strong background in working within an Agile environment.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
