Job description

Your missions

We are looking for a skilled and experienced freelancer to support the implementation of AI in the context of ServiceNow.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the implementation of AI within the ServiceNow platform.
Optimize incident management and request fulfillment processes.
Ensure the project's objectives align with improving speed, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the client to define project scope and deliverables.

Project Details:

Start Date: Part-time starting from September 19, 2024, with full-time work expected from October/November.
Work Type: Remote.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience, with at least 1 year in AI topics and 1 year in ServiceNow.
Fluent in German.
Strong understanding of incident management and request fulfillment processes.
