HVAC Estimator (AU Manufacturing Industry, Home-based)

Salary: P60,000 to P80,000 (Monthly Package) 

Schedule: Monday – Friday (09:00 AM - 05:00 PM AEST)

What are we looking for? 

Skills Required:  

• 3 + years of Estimating preferably for HVAC 
• Knowledgeable in design and installation 
• Intermediate digital literacy (e.g. Adobe, Microsoft, digital platforms)  
• Proven experience as an HVAC Estimator or in a similar role. 
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and industry standards. 
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. 
• Strong communication and negotiation skills. 
• Proficiency in using estimating software and Microsoft Office tools : Notably “Excel” to create and maintain spreadsheets for HVAC material take-offs. 
• MYOB software proficiency

• AU Estimating Experience 

What will you do? 

• Analyse and interpret tender specifications to ensure quotes meet project needs and comply with client requirements. 
• Identify all necessary components and accessories required for the project. 
• Specializes in take-offs for HVAC components, including grilles, dampers, and flex ducts, specifically for tenders and contractors. 
• Modify quotes as necessary to reflect changes in project scope, client requests, or market conditions. 
• Develop and maintain comprehensive quote documentation, including breakdowns of costs as per the client’s requirement. 
• Update take-offs and associated quotes in response to design changes or project modifications. 
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in HVAC technology to continually improve skills and knowledge. 
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in quoting, take-off processes & data handling. 
• Identify opportunities for improving take-off and quoting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. 
• Internal Communication: Work closely with account managers and other team members to align quotes and take-offs with project needs.
