About the Role
We are looking for a talented Multimedia Designer with a specialization in Video Editing to enhance our content creation efforts. As a vital member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in developing visually appealing and engaging content that aligns with our brand and fosters growth. This position demands a creative mindset, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure cohesive content strategies.
- Execute creative content strategies with a focus on video editing, contributing to social media campaigns, blogs, email newsletters, and website content.
- Create visually stunning videos that captivate our audience and drive engagement.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, sharing insights and recommendations with the team.
Key Skills & Qualities
- Strong understanding of video editing techniques and content creation strategies.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Adobe Premiere Pro (Licensed), or equivalent tools.
- Excellent writing and copy editing skills for crafting compelling video narratives.
- Creative and innovative thinking to bring fresh ideas to our multimedia content.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
Experience
- 2-3 years of experience in content creation or a related field.
- Proven experience with graphic design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro (Licensed) for video editing.
- Copywriting and editing experience.
- Knowledge or experience in social media marketing or content marketing is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.
