Job description

Your missions

• Act as a key support for Client Relationship Managers (‘CRM’), aiding in client inquiries, compliance matters, and various ad hoc duties.

• Prepare, review, and ensure the accuracy of financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements) in alignment with Australian Accounting Standards.

• Ensure strict adherence to Australian tax laws and regulations, including but not limited to SIS Act, GST, PAYG, and BAS lodgements.

• Perform detailed financial analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for financial optimization.

• Lead and streamline the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accurate reconciliations and accruals.

• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to enhance financial and operational efficiencies, particularly within the business services function.

• Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants as necessary.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting standards, legislation, and best practices to ensure organizational compliance and excellence.
