Job description

We're in search of a strategic and analytical SEO Specialist to be part of our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing SEO strategies that boost search engine rankings, increase organic traffic, and improve our online presence.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive SEO strategies to boost organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic to the company's website, aligned with business goals and marketing objectives.
  • Conducting in-depth keyword research to identify relevant terms and phrases that align with business objectives and audience interests, using tools like Google Keyword Planner and SEMrush to inform content and optimization strategies.
  • Optimizing website content, meta tags, headers, and internal link structures for search engine visibility, ensuring on-page elements follow SEO best practices and target keywords.
  • Performing technical SEO audits to identify and address issues affecting website performance and search engine rankings, implementing solutions for site speed, mobile responsiveness, crawlability, and indexability.
  • Collaborating with content creators to produce SEO-friendly content that aligns with keyword research and audience interests, optimizing for search engines and user engagement.
  • Developing and executing off-page SEO tactics, such as link-building campaigns and outreach initiatives, to acquire high-quality backlinks from authoritative sources and enhance domain authority and search rankings.
  • Monitoring and assessing SEO performance with tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console, tracking key metrics like organic traffic, rankings, and conversions to provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Conducting competitor analysis to understand industry trends, competitor SEO strategies, and market opportunities, using these insights to refine SEO strategies and maintain competitiveness.
  • Compiling and presenting detailed SEO reports on campaign performance, traffic trends, and ROI, documenting SEO methods, strategies, and changes for future reference and compliance.
  • Staying updated on the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field is required. Additional certifications such as Google Analytics and Google Ads are advantageous. 
  • The candidate should have a proven track record as an SEO strategist, with successful SEO strategy development and implementation that has increased organic traffic and search rankings.
  • Strong analytical abilities are essential for interpreting data, generating insights, and making informed decisions to enhance SEO strategies and results. 
  • Experience in content optimization for search engines, including keyword integration and content structuring, is necessary. 
  • The role demands excellent project management skills to handle multiple SEO projects, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Problem-solving skills are crucial for identifying and resolving SEO challenges, enhancing website performance, and devising efficient solutions. 
  • A creative mindset is required to devise innovative SEO strategies that set the company apart from its competitors. 
  • The candidate must be adaptable to the evolving landscape of SEO trends, search engine algorithms, and business requirements.
