About The Role

Reel Unlimited is looking for a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our team as a full-time employee. This position offers a competitive salary while creating stunning visual designs for our clients.

Location: Indonesia (remote work)

Salary: IDR 15M per month base salary

Working Hours: 2 PM to 11 PM WIB (Western Indonesia Time) or 3 PM to 12 AM WIB

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Lead and mentor junior designers in creating visually appealing and effective branding materials, presentations, and packaging designs.
• Collaborate with clients and team members to understand complex design requirements and create designs that effectively communicate the brand's message.
• Utilize your expert knowledge of branding, visual hierarchy, typography, and color theory to create impactful designs.
• Coordinate and collaborate effectively with project managers, clients, and colleagues to deliver high-quality graphic designs.
• Produce drafts and make revisions based on feedback, ensuring the highest quality standards are met.
• Manage and deliver 3-5 high-priority projects per day with a usual turnaround time of 24 hours.

• Full-time position with specified working hours
• Remote work with occasional team meetings and client interactions via video conferencing
• Access to our project management dashboard and private Slack channel for communication and collaboration with clients and team members
  
  

The Minimum Requirements For This Position Include

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing complex branding, presentations, and packaging designs.
• Expert proficiency in design tools, especially Figma and Canva (mandatory).
• Advanced understanding of branding, visual communication, and design principles.
• Exceptional skills in creating presentations and packaging designs that stand out in competitive markets.
• Fluent in English (mandatory) - both written and verbal communication.
• Ability to consistently meet 24-hour project turnarounds for high-stakes projects.
• Capacity to manage and handle 3-5 complex projects per day.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and advanced design skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and experience handling high-profile clients.
• Team player with a sense of humor and ability to mentor junior designers.
