The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SEO Analyst to lead our search engine optimization efforts. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of how to leverage SEO to drive organic growth and continuous improvement of search rankings. This role requires a mix of technical expertise, content optimization knowledge, and the ability to identify and resolve SEO-related issues.

You Will Be Responsible For

Developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive SEO strategies that align with our organisation’s overall marketing objectives.
Ensuring results on identified KPIs for SEO success- organic traffic growth, keyword rankings, bounce rate, CTR and conversion rate.
Creating short-term and long-term roadmaps for achieving SEO goals, with regular performance reviews and strategy adjustments as needed.
Conducting extensive keyword research that align with our target audience's search behaviour.
Mapping keywords to content across the website, ensuring that all pages are optimised for targeted search terms.
Performing regular technical SEO audits to ensure optimal website performance, crawlability, indexation, site speed, mobile usability, and security (HTTPS).
Implementing structured data (schema markup), canonical tags, and XML sitemaps to enhance search engine understanding and indexing.
Working closely with the content marketing team to develop SEO-driven content strategies that address user intent.
Providing guidance on content structure, keyword placement, and topic selection to ensure that content meets SEO requirements and resonates with our target audience.
Conducting periodical competitor SEO SWOT analysis for us to outperform them in search rankings.

Ideal Profile

You have at-least 6 years of experience managing SEO with a proven track record of success that has driven significant organic growth in a B2B SaaS environment.
You possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
You provide detailed monthly reports on SEO performance, including traffic analysis, keyword rankings, conversion rates, and ROI.
You possess knowledge of how website structure, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript impact SEO performance.
You have proficiency with GA4, Google Search Console and SEMrush for an end-to-end SEO execution.
You have an updated SEO certification or certification in GA4.
You possess strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimise SEO strategies.
You have the ability to monitor and manage the backlink profile, ensuring link quality and addressing any potential issues.
