This remote position requires a proactive, results-oriented professional with a deep understanding of market trends and the ability to work independently across diverse markets within Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities across Europe to expand the company’s customer base and market presence.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve growth targets.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and ensure a cohesive approach to market penetration.
Prepare and present business proposals, pitches, and presentations to potential clients and partners.
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.
Monitor and report on business development activities, performance metrics, and market insights to the executive team.
Stay updated on industry developments, regulatory changes, and economic factors affecting the European market.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our brand and establish valuable connections.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role, preferably within the European market.
Strong track record of successfully driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and remotely while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
Proficiency in CRM software and other business development tools.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
Fluency in English; additional European languages are highly desirable.
Willingness to travel within Europe as needed.
