Your missions

This is a remote position.

The Business Development Manager will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and driving the company's growth in the European market. This remote position requires a proactive, results-oriented professional with a deep understanding of market trends and the ability to work independently across diverse markets within Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across Europe to expand the company’s customer base and market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve growth targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and ensure a cohesive approach to market penetration.
  • Prepare and present business proposals, pitches, and presentations to potential clients and partners.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.
  • Monitor and report on business development activities, performance metrics, and market insights to the executive team.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, regulatory changes, and economic factors affecting the European market.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our brand and establish valuable connections.


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role, preferably within the European market.
  • Strong track record of successfully driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other business development tools.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages are highly desirable.
  • Willingness to travel within Europe as needed.
