We have an immediate opening in our virtual office, The Link, for a Product Liability/Toxic Tort Associate or Senior Counsel with a minimum of three years of experience. Candidates should reside in Florida, have an active Florida bar license, and have experience litigating in Florida state and federal courts. Additional bar licensure in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Texas is preferred, but not required. The candidate will work primarily with attorneys in our Technology, Manufacturing and Transportation business unit.

The ideal candidate will have experience with all phases of civil litigation in commercial and product liability spaces, including, but not limited to, experience conducting factual investigations and discovery, preparing pleadings, taking depositions, engaging in discovery and substantive motion practice specific to Florida state and federal courts. Prior judicial clerkship experience is a plus.

The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials, a commitment to the community, superior interpersonal skills and a demonstrated record of working well under pressure. The candidate should demonstrate exceptional judgment, the ability to effectively handle multiple projects, and the ability to articulate legal strategies and courses of action.
