Your missions

About The Position

As a Microsoft Dynamics Presales Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of presales engineers who are responsible for demonstrating, estimating, and designing solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics products for prospects and clients. You will also collaborate with sales, delivery, and indirect partner teams to ensure the quality and feasibility of the proposed solutions and to drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create and deliver compelling and engaging content that showcases the value proposition and benefits of Microsoft Dynamics products and solutions, such as case studies, white papers, webinars, demos, and blogs.

Your Day Might Look Like

  • Manage, coach, and mentor a team of presales engineers who are experts in Microsoft Dynamics products such as Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, and Microsoft 365.
  • Oversee the presales engineering process from opportunity identification to solution design and presentation, ensuring alignment with customer needs, business objectives, and technical requirements.
  • Review estimates, proposals, and statements of work prepared by the presales engineers, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards and best practices before approval from the practices.
  • Coordinate with sales, delivery, and indirect partner teams to ensure a smooth handover of the presales activities and to provide ongoing support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance and productivity of the presales engineering team, providing feedback, recognition, and training opportunities.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, best practices, and tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the presales engineering team.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, developments, and innovations in Microsoft Dynamics products and related technologies, and share the knowledge and insights with the presales engineering team and other stakeholders.
  • Leverage existing content and resources from Microsoft and partners and customize them to suit the specific needs and preferences of different customers and segments.
  • Ensure the quality, accuracy, and consistency of the marketing content, and align it with the Microsoft Dynamics branding and messaging guidelines.
  • Review and update the marketing content regularly to reflect the latest product features, enhancements, and customer feedback.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in presales engineering, solution architecture, or consulting roles related to Microsoft Dynamics products.
  • At least 2 years of experience in managing, leading, or supervising a team of presales engineers or similar technical roles.
  • Strong knowledge and skills in Microsoft Dynamics products such as Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, and Microsoft 365, and the ability to demonstrate, estimate, and design solutions based on these products.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong customer focus, business acumen, and problem-solving skills, and the ability to understand customer needs, business objectives, and technical requirements.
  • Strong collaboration, teamwork, and leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively with sales, delivery, and partner teams.
  • Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics products or related technologies are preferred.
