Job Description

The Knot Worldwide Vendor Marketing team is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to help lead WeddingPro’s demand generation initiatives and accelerate our growth for WeddingPro. This is a key position that requires advanced knowledge of sales and marketing strategies, as well as the ability to develop impactful campaigns that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions across multiple channels. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of generating leads and revenue in a B2B environment. You will partner with a team of talented vendor marketers including vendor brand and community, marketing operations, vendor product & life cycle marketing, and channel owners. This role will also partner with revenue/sales teams and training and enablement. You will identify areas of opportunity based on data, insights and industry best practices.

You will focus on developing and executing multi-channel demand generation campaigns, leveraging channels like email, website, social media, paid advertising, content marketing, and webinar/event marketing. You will play a central role in bringing our marketing campaigns to life from strategy to execution to optimization. A successful candidate will conduct regular A/B tests and analyze campaign performance to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.

This role will drive considerable parts of our demand generation initiatives, aligning all programs towards our company marketing strategy and goals.

RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Define campaign strategies, including the goal, audience, message, content, channel mix, budget, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for each campaign
  • Write campaign briefs that inspire the cross-functional team (e.g., Content & Creative, Marketing Operations, Web, Agency Partners, etc.) to deliver compelling creative concepts, create innovative tactical plans, craft effective content assets, and meet campaign objectives
  • Establish regular feedback cycles to provide constructive feedback on campaign assets, ensuring deliverables speak to the target audience and adhere to channel best practices
  • Conduct regular A/B tests and analyze campaign performance to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns align with overall business objectives.
  • Partner with channel leaders to optimize channel efficiency and performance towards demand generation initiatives and goals
  • Maintain demand gen email calendar and oversee demand generation email strategy, analytics, and optimizations
  • Partner with marketing analytics to establish performance metrics and measurement cadences for each campaign, recommending campaign optimizations and strategic shifts as appropriate
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to understand the target audience and customize campaigns
  • Support efforts to optimize the lead nurturing process to improve conversion rates

SUCCESSFUL DEMAND GENERATION MARKETING MANAGER CANDIDATES HAVE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, or a business related field
  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience in marketing, B2B marketing, demand generation, including experience with outbound marketing and inbound lead generation
  • Demonstrable success driving pipeline growth and revenue through integrated campaigns
  • Understanding of sales and marketing technologies, including marketing automation and analytics platforms
  • Understanding and implementation of channel best practices such as email
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high expectations and tight deadlines
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decision-making and strategy development
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
  • Comfort working cross-functionally and advocating for your ideas and insights
  • Ability to prioritize, set deadlines, and meet aggressive goals
